Brooke leads CRI and has a passion for developing long-term relationships that deliver enduring value to clients. During her more than 20-year career at CRI, Brooke has developed strategies and implemented investor and sustainability reports for partners such as GM, Coca-Cola Enterprises, UPS, Newell Brands, Smucker, Campbell, Darden Restaurants, Mohawk Industries, Waste Management and Hilton. Accessible, hands-on and client-focused, Brooke leverages her extensive experience to direct financial and sustainability communications solutions that inform and influence internal and external stakeholders. Brooke is active in numerous investor and communication industry organizations, holds degrees in accounting and management from Texas A&M University and Jacksonville State University, and is GRI certified.
Intent on exceeding client expectations, Josh's strategic planning and client service expertise has benefited some of America's most prestigious organizations, including Walmart, Caterpillar, Clorox, MassMutual, Entergy, CF Industries, the Consumer Technology Association, Synchrony and Unum. Josh began his CRI career nearly 20 years ago and takes pride both in award-winning work and solid client relationships, some of which extend for a decade or more. A sports fanatic and father of three boys, Josh began his career as a consultant in the financial services industry. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia, a registered representative with the New York Stock Exchange and is GRI certified.
Kitsie is passionate about the potential for transparent and compelling communication to drive business value. An expert in all aspects of ESG reporting, she specializes in reporting strategy, message development and content generation and also directs the firm’s creative team. Clients include Caterpillar, Cisco, Campbell Soup Company, General Motors, Mohawk Industries, Verizon, Waste Management and UPS. Her introduction to CRI began as a client when she served as Vice President of Investor Relations for Turner Broadcasting System, where she spent more than a decade in various communication functions. She began her career at CNN after graduating from Agnes Scott College.
